About Kashfam Healthcare
Kashfam Healthcare is a healthcare recruitment and staffing partner to care homes, hospitals and medical centres across England and Wales. We supply registered nurses, healthcare assistants, support workers and care assistants into shifts that providers cannot leave uncovered, and we manage every placement from the first enquiry through to a fully compliant worker starting on the ward or in the home.
This website is the recruitment side of the business. Employers use it to understand how we vet the people we place; candidates use it to browse live vacancies, apply online and upload their onboarding documents in one secure place. Our compliance team checks every enhanced DBS, right-to-work document, photo ID and training certificate before a worker is put forward, and each document is tracked against its issue and expiry dates so nothing slips out of date on our watch.
